Shipping & Returns


Rates for shipping within the island of Ireland, and internationally is outlined on each product page.

We aim to process every order and ship it, within 2 working days. HOWEVER SEASONAL DELAYS ARE CURRENTLY IMPACTING DELIVERY TIMES, UP TO 7 DAYS.


Our policy does not allow for any of our face masks to be returned – this is for

  1. hygiene and safety reasons.
  2. goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised.


If you have ordered any of our products that are to be delivered by post, you have the right to cancel such an order up until the point that your order is dispatched. Your right to cancel the order ends on the date of the dispatch confirmation (the date on which we notify you to confirm our acceptance of your order), which is when the contract between us is formed.

We hope that you will be satisfied with products that you order from us, in the event that you wish to return a product to us because it is:

  1. not as described;
  2. damaged or faulty

We will refund the price of the product in full, but not any return postage costs.

We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay. If the card that you used to pay with expires before the refund is made, please call us to provide your new card details.
